Access terms

These terms cover use of uytella.com and purchases of the digital recipe collection from EVISA, a sole proprietor registered in Kazakhstan.
Your purchase
Two collections are available for a one-time payment: 8 starter recipes for $2.99, or the complete library for $29.99. The complete library includes the starter collection and all published recipes and materials in the extended library. Starter recipes are available in Russian, Kazakh, English, Turkish, Uzbek and Azerbaijani; the extended library is available in the same six languages. Guided cooking, timers and eligible ingredient scaling apply to the starter recipes. Access has no expiry, subscription or automatic renewal. Purchases made before the two collections were introduced retain access to the complete library.
Payment and access
The final amount and currency appear before you confirm payment. Payment takes place on the payment provider’s secure page. Access is granted once the provider confirms successful payment and is linked to the account used to place the order. Keep your payment confirmation and contact support if access does not appear.
Your account and the materials
Use an email address you can access and keep your password private. The purchased collection is for personal learning and cheesemaking. Do not share your account or resell the texts, images or site access without permission. Corrections to purchased recipes are available through the same account.
Assistant and photographs
Prepared step explanations do not require AI. Free-form questions and photo analysis are available when the AI feature is enabled, within the limits displayed in the interface. Buying the collection does not include unlimited paid AI use. Answers can be incorrect; a photograph cannot establish temperature, acidity or food safety.
Cooking and availability
Read the recipe and notes before cooking, check the instructions for your ingredients and follow food-hygiene practices. Results depend on the milk, equipment and how the method is carried out. Loading full recipes and saving progress require internet access; the public catalogue is available offline. Maintenance interruptions may occur. The timer does not guarantee an alert when the app is closed.
Purchase problems and refunds
For an accidental duplicate charge, missing paid access or a fault, email support with your account email and order reference. Do not send a full card number or CVC. We will review the issue and offer either restored access or, where required by law or justified by the circumstances of the purchase, a refund. Refund posting times depend on the bank and payment provider. These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.
Changes and applicable law
The current version is published on this page. Changes do not introduce a subscription or cancel access already purchased. Kazakhstan law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections applicable to your purchase. Send questions or complaints to the seller using the details below.
