EVISA, a sole proprietor registered in Kazakhstan, processes uytella.com user data to provide recipe access and operate the service. This policy explains the data involved, its purposes and how to contact us.

Data used by the service

Registration provides us with your email address and password. The password is stored only as a cryptographic hash. We keep a record of document acceptance, session data, paid access rights, order reference and status, amount and currency. Saved cooking progress includes the recipe, step, milk volume and timer state.

Why we use data

Data supports sign-in, access to the purchased collection, saved progress, payment verification, support and abuse prevention. Short-lived technical records are used to limit the number of requests. Hosting services may keep request logs including IP address, time and browser information. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising profiling.

Payment cards

You enter payment details with the payment provider. Uytella does not store full card numbers or CVC. We receive transaction status and necessary order information to confirm a purchase. The selected payment provider’s policy also governs card-data processing.

AI questions and photographs

When you use AI, your question and current-step context are sent to OpenAI. A photograph is sent only after separate confirmation and is resized and re-encoded first. Keep faces, documents and other people’s personal data out of the frame. Uytella does not create a permanent store of these photographs or conversations. OpenAI may retain technical records under its own rules, and data may be transferred outside Kazakhstan. Prepared help buttons do not send requests to OpenAI.

Cookies and offline files

The session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. Your language cookie lasts up to 180 days. Both are needed for the site to function. The service worker stores only public catalogue files in the browser; full paid recipes and API responses are not placed in this cache. You can remove cookies and offline files in browser settings, after which you may need to sign in again.

Storage and protection

The primary account database for uytella.com is hosted in Kazakhstan. Access to data is limited to service operations. Account and progress data are kept while needed to provide your access; following a deletion request we remove data that is no longer needed. Payment records and other information that must be kept by law or to resolve a dispute may be retained longer. Infrastructure and AI providers have separate processing periods.

Your requests

You may ask about your data, request correction or deletion, or withdraw your consent to processing by emailing the address below. We may ask you to verify your identity to protect the account. Removing information needed for sign-in and purchase verification may make collection access unavailable; we will discuss the consequences before acting. Declining photo submission does not limit access to the standard recipe instructions.
